An often overlooked area in Home purchases is the condition of the tap water that comes out of the faucets. We want your family to be safe in your new Home environment so we also offer Tap Water Testing in addition to your Home Inspection. We use the Baldwin Meadows testing procedures and then compare the results to the EPA's standards for drinking water. If any levels are elevated, a plan of action is given. Results are sent within 24 hours of walk through, typically sent with Inspection Report.
Well Water Services
Some homes with a well require testing for a mortgage loan to be processed. JDX offers well testing at a certified Lab for most items commonly required by them. Bacteria, Lead and Nitrate are of the most common item's that companies would like tested. Their pricing is in our pricing drop down menu.
